Project Manager
master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Architecture
With a minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in Projects Management with core expertise in Fit-outs Projects.
Experience in Dealing with Kuwait Government authorities and Landlords.
Excellent Communication skills
Willing to be based in Kuwait
Project Engineer
Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Architecture
With a minimum of 3 - 6 years of experience.
Assist the project manager in all matters related to Project aspects
Ability to perform standard estimating activities.
Must have a clear understanding of contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
Experience in Dealing with government authorities,
Landlords and Mall Management
Excellent Communication skills.
Procurement Officer
Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree holder.
With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement 3. UAE Experience is a must
Arabic speaker is preferred but is not essential
Experience in the banking industry or reputed group of companies is preferred
Leasing Officer
Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree holder
With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail or banking industry with sound knowledge of the UAE real estate market
Arabic speaker is preferred but is not essent
