Degree and MBA with specialization in Human Resources Management Full time course having First Class in both, from a recognized University approved by UGC/AICTE or its equivalent

Officer (Purchase)

Degree in Engineering (Chemical /Mechanical/ Electrical) and MBA with specialization in Materials Management Full time course having First Class in both, from a recognized University approved by

UGC/ AICTE or its equivalent. 

Officer (Sales) 

Degree and MBA with specialization in Marketing Management Full time course having First Class in both, from a recognized University approved by UGC/ AICTE or its equivalent 

Selected candidates will undergo a training for a period of one year and on successful completion

of the training period, the candidates will be absorbed in the above relevant post in the Managerial

Cadre. They will be on probation for a period of one year in the Scale of Pay of M1 level ₹ 21240-

560-24040-620-27140-680-29860-750-32860-820-36140-900-37040 (under revision).

In addition to the above, they will be eligible for DA, HRA, PF, Gratuity, Medical and other

benefits as per Company’s rules from time to time.

STIPEND DURING TRAINING PERIOD; 18000/- per month

BOND

Selected candidates will have to execute a Bond to serve the Company for a minimum period of 5

years after successful completion of training.

Age Limit

Not more than 35 years as on 1st June 2020. Usual relaxation will be allowed to SC/ST/OBC

candidates as per Company’s/Government rules from time to time.

Application Fee

Applicants will have to pay an application fee of 1000/- (for each post) online. Application fee

for SC/ST candidates will be 500/- (for each post).

Selection will be on the basis of Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview adhering to

Communal Rotation Roster Rules. 

Note

Admittance to all stages of the recruitment will be provisional only. Detailed scrutiny of the

applications/credentials will be conducted before interview/appointment. Any discrepancy found

in the application during the detailed scrutiny will result in the rejection of candidature.

 Candidates shall submit their applications via ONLINE MODE ONLY. Applications submitted

via any other medium will be summarily rejected.

 Candidates will have to upload their passport size photograph (taken within six months) and

signature while submitting the application. The photograph and signature must be in JPEG format.

The size of the photograph must be less than 200 kb and the size of the signature should be less

than 50 kb.

 If a situation arises where a relatively large number of candidates have qualified, then a preliminary

assessment and screening of the applications will be done.
