Requirements
Ability to maintain blowing machines,40 Bar Air compressor, and Pneumatic Circuits.
Must have basic knowledge of electricity.
Very good knowledge of beverage production lines.
Very good knowledge of mechanicals.
Ability to provide maintenance and breakdowns troubleshoot for all kinds of machines on beverage lines.
Responsible for directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime (maximize equipment availability) downtime (maximize equipment availability to extend equipment life.
Ability to identify spare parts requirements for the blowing machine.
Basic knowledge about maintenance budget costs.
Very good knowledge of Sidel blowing machine.
Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in shifts.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to refer manuals/catalogs.
Experience Required
5 years’ experience in beverage industry.
