5.      You will undergo 6 months on-the-job training on your selection, your monthly stipend would be INR 15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) for this period. Once you successfully complete your probation period, you will be offered a permanent position with a revised salary. All candidates who are successfully completing the training period should serve AdroitMinds minimum of two years from the confirmation date.
